Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If you reserve an item and pay a deposit of any kind under normal circumstances, you have 28 days from payment of deposit to pay the remaining balance. If the balance has not been paid we are under no obligation to continue to hold your prospective purchase and may sell the goods. After 28 days no refund will be given.
Shipping And Handling Under normal circumstances we will not charge you for packaging and shipping your item/s to you, however there are some exeptions in the case of large steel items etc, If the item is not covered by free delivery it will say so on the product description or at the checkout.
Delivery Schedule Under normal circumstances we will post your items within one working day, however if your item is not in stock it will take longer, you will be emailed with delivery information if this is the case. Larger items such as filters may take longer to be dispached, this will usually be done within two working days. Once the item is sent however we have no control over delivery time and accept no responsibility for delays encoured by the courier or postal service, proof of postage can be sent to you upon request. Large steel items are usually made to order and there will be at least a 2/3 week lead time before delivery or collection by you.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Vat has been paid on all of the items for sae on this site and vat is included in the sale price to you. Rising sun koi is not registered for VAT.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. <All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.> Except koi which cannot be returned to our facility after exposure to any other system.
